Founded in 1996, Mbekani Health & Wellbeing operates theatre and central sterile services including procurement and maintenance of surgical instruments. Currently the main client is Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital in Durban.

Founded in 2008, Mbekani Properties owns and manages commercial properties in prime areas within Gauteng and residential property in the Western Cape. The service includes development of vacant land for clients’ head office.

MBEKANI CAPITAL

Founded in 2012 Mbekani Capital has a portfolio of investments in private equity and venture capital

MBEKANI FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Founded in 2008, Mbekani FM provides commercial facility management services. The company provides contract cleaning, garden maintenance and security services.

EQUAL BUT DIFFERENT

Founded in 2016, with the launch of the book titled ‘Equal but Different’, the company recently acquired a sister company, Sifiso Publishers.

MKHIWA TRUST

Mkhiwa Trust was founded in 2009 as a vehicle to conduct Social Investment Initiatives. It is a Public Benefit Organisation through which Mbekani and Dr Judy Dlamini’s family funds education, rural development and health.
